Site Inspection with Home Buyers

Before a Purchase Order can be placed a Site Inspection much be completed with the General Contractor & Home Buyers to determine the following:
• Access to the property for concrete trucks, delivery trucks and the crane & rigging truck
• Put stakes where the home is to be placed
• Positive drainage away from the home

Dirt Work to Create Positive Drainage
It will be the Home Buyers responsibility to install an elevated dirt pad to insure proper drainage away from the home.

Home Buyers are also responsible for:
• Hiring a licensed Electrician
• Hiring a licensed Plumber or Septic Contractor
